This beautifully updated Sherman Oaks  ranch house in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, has a simple, but elegant, four inch white oak plank.

This floor was nailed down over an existing plywood substrait, with a fifteen pound felt moisture barrier. The floor was sanded on site, and finished with four coats of Satin Sheen water based catalyzed poly. This floor perfectly compliments the architecture of this house which says clean fresh and traditional all over it.
